Update

The Nothing Phone 2 is getting the Nothing OS 2.0.2a update with camera improvements, including better low-light performance and optimized HDR mode.

The update addresses issues like clearer face portraits and improved highlight levels in low light for Nothing Phone 2 users.

Notable additions include an HDR indicator, fewer dull tones in HDR mode, and a fix for halo effects in portrait mode with HDR.

To check for the update manually, users can go to Settings > System > System Update or wait for the automatic notification.

The earlier Nothing OS 2.0.2 update improved image clarity, bokeh, contrast, and stability but faced some camera performance complaints.

The original Nothing Phone 1 is yet to receive the Nothing OS 2 update, planned to arrive after its successor's release, with promises of visual enhancements and new features.
