WhatsApp has launched the WhatsApp Business App for iOS. While the app has been available for small business owners on Android for a while now, starting today, even iOS users shall be able to avail of the app by downloading it from the Apple App Store.
WhatsApp Business App for iOS includes some well-loved features. This includes ‘Business Profile’, which allows users to share vital business-related information like business description, contact information like store addresses and email, and website; messaging tools like ‘Quick Replies’ to provide instant answers to FAQs, ‘Greeting Messages’ that introduces customers to respective businesses, and ‘Away Messages’ to let customers know when they may expect a reply; and WhatsApp Web to conduct seamless business communication via the desktop.
While the WhatsApp Business app is already available for free download in Brazil, Germany, India, Indonesia, Mexico, the U.K., and the U.S., it shall go global in the upcoming weeks.
