Xbox has acquired Zenimax Media, the owner of game studios like Bethesda. The new Xbox experience is also officially rolling out to the Xbox beta app for Android, according to a new post from Microsoft Xbox.
The update fully rebuilt the app from ground-up with a new design, new features, and new speed. The old Xbox app was slow, unreliable, and felt very bloated at times. The app feels faster to launch and navigate, and looks stunning matching the Xbox Game Pass app in design.
This is more than a redesign and has a host of features. It also brings the app in-line with the to-be-released Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S schedule to be launched on November 10.
