Xiaomi 15 details
The Xiaomi 15 series is set to be the brand’s flagship device, offering its users high end-specifications, premium build quality along with a sleek and stylish design. An advanced and upgraded chipset allows for better performance, with a camera setup that perfectly compliments the device. Featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite, the device is set to carry a 2K resolution display, along with a triple camera setup all having 50MP. The device will support 90W wired fast charging and be rated IP68 for water resistance. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, on the other hand, is expected to elevate the device further with a quad-camera setup, all the while retaining the other specifications.

Redmi 14 5G details
The main highlight of this series is probably affordability and strong value for money. Although the specifications remain unclear, the leak supposes that the device may be launched early compared to its predecessor’s mid-year schedule. Having launched the Redmi 13 5G back in July 2024, the early launch could help the brand in having a strong foothold in the budget 5G department.
From a pricing perspective, the Xiaomi 15 series in China started at a price of CNY 4,499 (around INR 53,500) for the base 15 model, while the Pro variant was priced at CNY 5,299 (around INR 63,000). If the Ultra model is set to be released in India, it could follow the price of INR 99,999 similar to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The Redmi 14 5G, however, is expected to sit above the Redmi 14C, and judging by past trends could be available for a price of INR 13,999. The release of these devices in the coming months aligns with the company’s strategy to cater to the Indian market. With increasing demands for affordable and premium devices, these models are sure to keep Xiaomi as one of the top contenders in the smartphone industry.
