The latest leaked rear hands-on image of the rumored Black Shark 2 reveals that it will not be very different from the original Black Shark phone and Black Shark Helo that debuted in 2018. The back shell of the Black Shark 2 is black, and it features green lines. The dual camera setup is available on the top-left corner of the phone’s rear.
On Weibo, leakers claim that there will be a higher variant of the phone with Snapdragon 855 SoC and 12 GB of RAM, but right now, the phone claims to come with 8GB RAM. The leaked phone will come with the Game Turbo feature for enhanced gaming. Earlier this month, Xiaomi’s Product Director Wang Teng Thomas claimed that the next Black Shark phone is a well-designed device and it is packed with exciting features. Still, there are no leaks on the pricing of the smartphone.
The leak also renders a Black Shark logo at the back. However, the rear does not feature a fingerprint scanner, and hence it is suspected that the Black Shark 2 will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. As per the source who has posted this image, the Black Shark 2 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor supporting 27W fast charging along with 8GB RAM. Further, it is revealed that the device will have a tiny bottom bezel which might be around 5mm.
If previous leaks and rumors are to be taken in concern, the upcoming device will make its debut either in March or April. It is likely to ship with Android Pie.
