Earlier in April this year, we reported that Xiaomi is planning to bring the successor of Mi Band. According to the rumors, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is expected to be released with a new smartwatch.
Mr. Liwang Jiang, Co-Founder Of Xiaomi, says, “The Mi Smartwatch will feature alongside the likes of Mi Note 2 and another Mi branded smartphone. We did a render showcasing physical buttons, rounded layout and the Mi logo sitting atop. However, we were a bit skeptical regarding the Moto-like black bar— right over the display.”
Paul Jiutang- an industry analyst, states that the Chinese smartphone maker might bring the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and Xiaomi Mi 5s in August itself. Furthermore, he revealed that the device would be the first from Xiaomi to sport the latest Snapdragon 821 processor, with perhaps curved and straight display screen versions.
