Xiaomi continues to expand its products as a premium brand known all across the globe and this time the approach is for better living and homestyle. Xiaomi’s new product comes under the flagship of Mijia and it the new Mijia 1T robot Vacuum cleaner, that seems to follow its preceding automated vacuum cleaners introduced by Xiaomi.
However, this new automated vacuum cleaner stands out from the rest in respect to its powerful suction ability and a time-of-flight camera that ensures an accurate and easy detectability of distant obstacles as well as an improved route planning capacity.
This Mijia 1T robot vacuum cleaner comes with a dimension of 353.0 x 350.0 x 81.5 mm and features the following:
- Four fully programmable operating modes
- 5200mAh battery with up to 180 minutes of operation
- the suction power of 3000 Pa and a large 550 ml waste bin.
- Water tank volume of up to 250 ml
- Two gyroscopes
Due to its, low housing height, it has the ability to overcome obstacles of up to 20 mm in height. Moreover, the TOF camera enables the detection of surrounding objects within a range of 10 cm to 5-6 m. This ensures better tracking by the robot and bypassing any unwanted waste products by the cleaner.
Coming to manageability, the Mijia 1T robot vacuum cleaner is entirely remote controlled and can be operated either through our smartphone via Mi Home applications or by using then Xiaomi’s voice assistant, Xiao AI respectively.
Currently, it is available for sale only for the residents in China at 2299 Yuan and might be reaching the Chinese import stores soon.
