As we reported earlier this week, Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi unveiled its flagship Redmi 2 Prime in India with Made in India tag. The device was launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr.N Chandrababu Naidu at a live event in Visakhapatnam.

Redmi 2 Prime will be available in two color variants – Black and grey come with 4.7″ IPS HD display and 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor. The device is packed with Hexagon DSP core which maximizes CPU clock cycle energy for long-lasting battery life.
