The second edition of bezel-less phones introduced by Xiaomi, the Mi MIX 2, was recently released. This device, boasting of one of the best specifications among the phone released this year, is sure to provide tough competition to the other high-end smartphones currently available in the market.
Mi MIX 2 was announced to be a device with 6 GB RAM and 64GB storage on board. The internal storage can be expanded further via an SD card. However, news regarding a special ceramic variant of the device has emerged recently. It’s said to include 8 GB RAM and a massive 128 GB internal storage. This variant was first spotted on TENAA.
Other specifications like the Snapdragon 835 processor, the 5.99″ FHD display, the 12 MP rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, and a 5 MP front-facing camera with face recognition are unaltered. It’s rumored that the beautiful finishing off the ceramic variant is a result of the device frame being subjected to an intense 14k degree centigrade temperature for 7 days.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is expected to be officially announced on 11th November 2017 with a price tag of 4699 Yuan.
