Yahoo is pushing out an entirely new app version, keeping the modern focus in mind. On September 24, Yahoo unveiled a new version of its Mail app that aims to redefine the way people use their inboxes.
According to the company, Yahoo Mail’s new app offers the perfect solution by organizing the clutter for users, empowering them to personalize and control their inboxes and focusing on what matters most to them.
The latest version brings various views to help users easily find their important email subscriptions and track travel updates with a single tap. Additionally, Yahoo is offering various customizations to its Yahoo Mail app rivaling Google’s Gmail and also Microsoft’s Outlook. The app also has dedicated dark mode access to let users read their emails in high contrast.
The major changes noticed in the updated Yahoo Mail app is the new navigation design that brings a customizable bottom navigation bar instead of the earlier side panel that was available through a hamburger menu button similar to what’s available on Gmail and Outlook apps.
