People who are using music streaming services other than YT music may find this odd; YouTube music outstripped the 50 million users mark recently, but at the same time, it would never trade-off users with amiss service.

YT music may not compete with popular music streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple, howbeit the platform is still making its point straight away to the users. No doubt, it’s functioning under the gigantic banner Google, sometimes it even looks invigorating as Google never stops taking on its obligation to offer spanking new features to keep up the platform as it’s labeled as Google products.

Previously, YT music rolled out the “Add to playlist” UI for mobile; in the wake of the new feature, the platform is now taking a trial on “Recommended radios.” YouTube has previously allowed its users to switch on the radio with a single song, but these new features automatically create radio stations with desired songs and artists. People who have the subscription ready on YouTube music can see this feature on their Homepage. While scrolling down to the feed, you will find this “Recommend radios” nestled at the midway of the feed. You’ll be getting ten radios with a choice of yours, and the homepage will keep showing a new set of frequencies every time you refresh the feeds or until you find the best pair for yourself.

These self-deployed radio stations are tagged on the eponymous of a single band or genre and even sometimes go along by a decade (e.g., the 2000s). In addition, you would be allowed to use the option to “Add to library” download to listen even when there is no internet connection.

You can download up to a hundred songs, more than enough for offline streaming. Another feature that merely focuses on UI, “Add to playlist,” is tested for the platform. YT music urges to deploy new UI as the old and existing UI appears outmoded. On the flip side, the new UI is more likely an intriguing visual, giving you a modernistic experience while using the music platform. Currently, both the “Add to playlist ” and “Recommended radios” features are only available to a few users.
