Last week, China’s TENAA certification body revealed the specifications and features of an upcoming ZTE V890 via its TENAA listing.
The 162 mm long, 75 mm wide & 7.8 mm thick smartphone weighs 168 grams. The device, boasting of a full-screen design, features a 6″ FHD+ display with 2160 x 1080 resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it has a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor. The device will reportedly be available in 3 RAM variants, 3 GB, 4 GB, and 6 GB, featuring 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB of internal storage.
Android 8.0 Oreo will be pre-loaded in it. The dual camera setup with a 16-megapixel sensor and a 20-megapixel sensor can be seen on its rear panel. There is an 8-megapixel front camera as well. The device is powered by a massive 3,900mAh battery.
From what appears in the TENAA images, it’s quite prominent that the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is accompanied by vertically arranged dual cameras. The black one is the only color variant we know of until now. The official name and pricing are yet to be revealed. We do expect the company to reveal more pieces of information regarding it in the coming weeks.
