Soon after the last week’s leak, Xiaomi unveiled a low-cost smartphone with powerful hardware today in China. Xiaomi revealed Mi 5X at an event in China. This smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch FHD display with 2.5D curved glass, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (An Octa Core Processor), 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. It is featured by a dual setup of the shooter, having a 12MP wide-angle lens and a 12MP telephoto lens. The camera is associated with dual-tone flash and phase-detection autofocus. Meanwhile, the front camera comes in at 5MP.
It comes with a fingerprint mounted on the back and a battery of 3080 mAh. There is room to expand the storage of smartphones. Connectivity is featured with USB Type-C and a 3.5mm audio jack. The software department is handled by Android Nougat with Xiaomi’s MIUI 8.0 on the top. It will be upgradable to the newly announced MIUI 9.0. “DHS Audio Calibration Algorithm” is provided with the smartphone to enhance the audio capabilities of the smartphone.
