The Chinese tech giant set foot in the smart TV industry in the homeland a few years ago, and the firm has launched several smart TVs globally. Recently, the mobile making firm launched the TV X 2022 series smart TVs in the homeland in October 2021, and the product was unveiled in India in February this year. Now, it appears like the company is setting up their engine to unveil a 100-inch giant-screen TV, “Redmi Max 100”.
The product has been spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification and 3C certification websites. With the dearths of information, apart from the model number, name, and Bluetooth version, the website doesn’t have much to reveal about the forthcoming TV. However, we can expect several crucial swaps in the Redmi upcoming Smart TV from the preceding generation.
Predominantly, Redmi is expected to enhance the audio and video standards of the Redmi Max 100-inch Giant Screen TV. As the name suggests, this is probably the successor to the Redmi Smart TV 98-inch Max, which is a 98-inch ultra-thin 4K smart TV, debuted back in March 2020 at a price tag of 7,999 yuan (approximately Rs.95,876), maybe not a good companion for an affordable market.
The Redmi Max 86-inch smart TV is fitted with an 86-inch 120Hz high-brush full screen, with a screen ratio of 97.25%. It supports 120Hz MEMC hardware-level motion compensation. The screen can be adjusted according to the motion of the pixels and is wrapped with a multi-partition backlight system under the sheath.
Synchronously, the Smart TV is packed with an HDMI 2.1 interface, which supports dual scenes of TV and office. The new Redmi smart TV has secured the Bluetooth SIG certification ahead of the official launch. The Redmi TV with code number L100R8-MAX has been written down on the website with the corresponding design name, Redmi MAX 100-inch Giant Screen TV.
As per previous reports, Redmi’s long-awaited K50 flagship series is fully loaded, and the new device will make a debut on March 17th. According to multiple reports, Redmi plans to unveil chartbuster products alongside the Redmi K50.
