Last month was exciting for Microsoft users, as the long-awaited news was finally broken. The American tech giant officially confirmed September this year as the official release date of Windows 11’s first big OS feature update – the Windows 11 22H2.

The latest Window version codenamed “Sun Valley 2,” is expected to come with fascinating features that will aid users’ convenience while using the App, among them are a New “spotlight” wallpaper feature, a New Voice Access accessibility feature, New Live Captions accessibility feature, New gestures and animations for touch users, and Focus Assist integration with Notification Center.

Since it is no longer rumored that the latest window version is coming by late September or early October this year, as acknowledged by Microsoft. Nvidia now has begun preparing a new official driver to test the upcoming Windows 11 version 22H2.

Nvidia makes the information known in a release note released yesterday, May 31st. According to the tech giant, a new Nvidia official driver version 516.25 will be unveiled for testing the upcoming Windows 11 version. Version 516.25 will support the Windows 11 22H2 operating system to help improve the performance and resolve potential compatibility issues.

With these new drivers, the duo tech giant will be able to identify potential performance issues with the upcoming Windows 11 version 22H2. And likewise, it offers a clump of other bug fixes and fixing for an issue that affects Tensor Cores performance improvements when upscaling photos.

In a similar vein, we reported late last month that Microsoft is currently working on a feature for Microsoft Edge users, called “Drop” which will allow Edge users to save and transfer files or notes across devices without having to leave the browser. The feature will be rolled out on Microsoft Edge Canary 104 and users can enable or disable it via Settings > Appearance.

Hence, it is foreseen that the tech industry will feature significant improvements in the coming years, as we can see in the just concluded 2022 Computex Show in Taipei. Follow TechGenyz for more latest tech news.
