After a preview of MIUI 10 with Android 9.0 Pie, it’s time for more people to feel the sweet taste of the Pie on the Pocophone F1, which is being upgraded to the latest version of Google’s operating system. The beta had been released recently and is now finally completed.
The update has the code V10.1.3.0.PEJMIFI and the MIUI version at 10.1, the latest from Xiaomi. The download file size is 1.7GB and already includes the November 2018 security patch.
In addition to the new version of Android, the update, according to its official changelog, brings support to Google Lens and also fixes bugs in Android Auto, headphones and lock screen configuration.
The update is slowly coming so it will take a few days for all users to receive the update around the world. Anyone who does not want to wait to download Android Pie via OTA, can download recovery ROM here and update the system manually.
One of the most talked-about smartphones of recent months has been the Pocophone F1, which was a blockbuster. The Xiaomi handset has sold more than 700,000 units in just three months after its launch.
