Asus Zenfone Max Pro launched in India today, April 22. It has been constantly compared with the Redmi Note 5 and its Pro variant and is a similar mid-range phone packing the same Snapdragon 636.
As per reports, the Zenfone Max Pro is the first of a new smartphone series, the M1 of Asus. It carries the tag of ‘Unbeatable Performer.’
The Snapdragon 636 is built on 14nm technology, bearing octa-core Kryo 260. It is clocked at 1.8GHz and is coupled with Adreno 509 GPU for graphics. Dinesh Sharma, Director of Asus India, commented that the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is faster than Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro.
The device hosts a dual rear camera with 13 MP and 5 MP sensors. It is equipped with a low light sensor for qualitative low light photography.
The handset is available with an audio accessory Max Box for free. This is supposed to boost the audio by two times!
Partnered with Vodafone, Asus is as well offering 10 GB of data with the Max Pro. Additionally, it is bringing amazing prepaid and postpaid offers.
The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 was announced in partnership with Flipkart, and the online store is offering a warranty package for only Rs. 49. Flipkart will cover all damaged kinds to the phone except those being stolen. Furthermore, you will get to enjoy no-cost-EMI for 12 months on the mobile.
Zenfone Max Pro M1 has a starting price of Rs. 10,999. Its 4GB+64GB variant bears the tag of Rs. 12,999. The 6GB+64GB variant will cost Rs. 14,999 and will have an upgraded dual camera setup. Being a Flipkart exclusive, it will be sold starting May 3.
