On July 1, ASUS announced its latest ‘VA32UQ’ Eye Care monitor featuring ASUS Eye Care technology that ensures the protection of eye health. A 32-inch 4K resolution display provides an immersive viewing experience thanks to its wide viewing angle and up to 95% DCI-P3 color coverage that offers enhanced colors and smoother gradation.
For a better gaming experience, the monitor utilizes the Adaptive-Sync/FreeSync™ technology and Shadow Boost which does away with screen tearing and enhances image details in low-light areas.

Display
The VA32UQ features a 32-inch 4K UHD display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 which offer a higher pixel density and a bigger onscreen space for multitasking. It features a VA panel, a 3000: 1 contrast ratio, and 4ms response time (GTG).
The horizontal/ vertical 178° wide-viewing-angle panel minizes color shift by providing consistent and accurate color at any viewing angle.
Moreover, multiple HDR modes that can adjust monitor HDR performance on the basis of specific scenarios are at the user’s disposal.
Design
The ASUS VA32UQ comes equipped with the ASUS exclusive GamePlus with Crosshair, Timer, FPS counter and Display Alignment functions that has been made after consulting pro gamers and claim to enhance gaming experience.
Monitor
The VA32UQ monitor comes with the TÜV Rheinland-certified ASUS Blue Light Filter that protects the eye from harmful blue light emitted from the active screen.
There are 4 different filter settings that can be accceses via a hotkey:
- Level 1 is suitable for usual web browsing.
- Level 2 suits viewing of media such as photos and videos.
- Level 3, which offers a paper-like reading effect, is ideal for long hours of reading or word processing.
- Level 4 is suitable for environments with dim ambient light.
Furthermore, TÜV Rheinland-certified ASUS Flicker-Free technology reduces flickerinh of the screen which also helps minimize eye strain.
Gameplay
The Adaptive Sync/FreeSync™ technology works at rates ranging from 40Hz to 60Hz which helps reduce lag and motion blur in order to ensure a smooth gameplay and offers detailed visuals.
ASUS Shadow Boost technology renders darker areas in games more visible and improves overall viewing.
The ASUS VA32UQ also supports two HDMI, one Display Port, one 3.5mm earphone jack and two 2W stereo speakers.
