New season 5 of Fortnite has begun and it already comes with the first batch of challenges for players. However, the challenges of Fortnite Season 5 are divided into two sections, called, Free and Battle Pass. Free consists of three challenges, and the Battle Pass purchasers will have access to seven challenges in total.
The seven challenges will also include the one that asks users to follow the treasure map in Risky Reels. This treasure map hunt is the trickiest one. In order to actually find the treasure in the game, the users need to head to the tunnel south of Tomato Town and then climb on top of the northern entrance to find the Battle Pass icon. Week 1 of the challenges is expected to be the easiest one. Its basically about dealing damage and taking out opponents
using various weapons available, users will have to search a Supply Llama.
The gamers will have to do some exploration outside the treasure map. The challenges will be completed only after seeking out seven chests in Snobby Shores. That is not all. The gamers have to search for the seven floating Lighting Bolts and take down three opponents in Retail Row. The Lighting Bolt can be collected like a Battle Star. In the Free section, deal damage with SMGs to opponents will give the user 5 Battle Stars, searching for a Supply Llama will give the user 5 Battle stars and the search for various weapons will provide the users with 10 Battle Stars. In the Battle Pass section the search chests in Snobby Shores and the search for floating Lighting Bolts will provide 5 Battle Stars each and if the gamers follow the treasure map found in Risky Reels and eliminate opponents in Retail Row, the gamers will be awarded 10 Battle Stars each.
