Fortnite is known for its massive crossovers, and new leaks suggest that a Family Guy X Fortnite crossover will happen soon, providing players with new skins.
Because community data miners are constantly on the lookout for new stuff, we often learn about it before the official announcement. Even though they frequently turn out to be true, some of them eventually are proven to be false. Recent leaks suggest that Fortnite may soon include a Family Guy Skin, while it is still unclear how reliable these claims are.
Fortnite Family Guy skins are rumored to be in the works
Family Guy skins have long been requested by Fortnite players, and it appears Epic Games is indeed working to bring it to the game. The discovery of the codename “FrenchFry” in the game’s archives previously sparked the initial rumors about the Fortnite X Family Guy crossover. There was a lot of speculation at the time among fans that the name had any connection to the project, and further leaks have since emerged.
Fueling rumors of a future Fortnite x Family Guy crossover skins, Fortnite leaker @GMatrixGames claim via Twitter that a file with the “FrenchFry” codename has yet again been discovered in the game’s latest new additions. A further piece of proof for this crossover comes from @FN Assist, who discovered a Family Guy allusion during an Epic Games stream for Unreal Engine 5.
Additionally, according to Shiina, who gives credit to FNAssist and GMatrixGames, Epic Games is developing a male skin. It is codenamed “French Fry” that is thought to be related to Family Guy and may eventually be a Peter Griffin skin.
Even though all of this information is convincing, readers should not consider these leaks to be guaranteed until we hear anything official about the Fortnite Family Guy skins. If this is true, fans may expect to hear about the Family Guy x Fortnite crossover very soon.
