Last month Honor announced its flagship smartphone Honor 20 Pro at a launch event in London and about a week later, the phone was launched in China, the company’s home market. Now Huawei announces a special edition Huawei Honor 20 Pro in China. The new edition is called Honor 20 Pro Moschino for which Huawei has partnered with Italian luxury brand Moschino.
It seems like Honor 20 Pro Moschino Edition will be exclusive for the Chinese market and will start selling from July 2nd. The Honor 20 Moschino will be made available in Black color with a gold logo at the back. While details of the device remain to be discovered, it is reported that the luxury Italian fashion house Moschino has a greater hand in designing the limited edition device.
This particular edition phone is expected to have the same specifications as the standard model. It features a 6.26-inch All-View Full HD+ display with the punch-hole housing a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Powering the device is Huawei’s Hisilicon Kirin 980 octa-core chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device is expected to offer 256GB of internal storage. As far as the camera is concerned, the Huawei 20 Pro comes with the quad rear camera setup. The setup is made up of 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.4 aperture, 16MP f/2.2 ultra wide angle lens, 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 Macro camera. The device also boasts of 30x digital zoom.
The smartphone doesn’t come with an audio jack but has support for 9.1 surround sound feature that is said to work with most headphones and earphones. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Magic UI out-of-the-box and is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support that can charge the phone for up to 50 percent in 30 minutes.
It will go on sale in China from July 2.
