iQoo has launched multiple smartphones in recent months. The brand is prepping up to maintain a stronghold over multiple smartphone segments. Amidst all this, a new device by the company, iQoo U5e, has been spotted on China Telecom’s terminal product library.
The smartphone carries model number V2197A and could weigh around 193 grams measuring 164×75.84×8.25 grams. The listing further revealed that the device would ship with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The memory of the smartphone will most probably be expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. In terms of display, the smartphone may get a 6.51-inch panel with a 1600×720 pixels resolution.
Apart from that, iQoo U5e may carry a 5000mAh battery along with unknown charging support. The device may sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary shooter and a 2MP secondary shooter.
We can also get to see an 8MP front sensor for selfies and video calls. Speculations are that the device will also get a headphone jack along with a Type-C port.
The leaked renders have also revealed the design of the smartphone. At the front, we can expect a water drop notch with thin bezels at the sides and a slightly thicker chin.
The iQoo branding will be at the bottom middle of the rear panel. The rectangular camera module will be placed at the top left corner, including two large sensors and a flash along with 5G branding.
The power button and the volume rockers could be placed at the right spine of the device. The power button is expected to be doubled up with the side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As of now, there is no word regarding the smartphone’s processor, OS, and other features. However, the 5G branding suggests it will run on a 5G-ready chipset. The readers seem to have to wait for a while to know more about the smartphone.
