The well-known Chinese manufacturer Lenovo has decided to renew its Chromebooks catalog with three new models that work with Intel processors, two of them being input range devices and the last one, more powerful than the other two, includes certain premium touches, although being far from Be a high-end laptop.
We start with the most modest model of all, the Lenovo Chromebook C340-11. This is a laptop (obviously, with Chrome OS operating system) 11.6 inches with a 360-degree touch screen. At the processor level, it has an Intel Celeron N4000 that can be accompanied with 4 or 8 gigabytes of LPDDR4-2400 RAM, up to 64GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage and 42Wh battery with a 45-watt Type-C USB charger.
In connectivity, it has two USB 3.1 Type-A, two USB Type-C, and a microSD card reader next to a webcam at 720p resolution and microphone. Obviously, there is no lack of wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, two features that are considered essential in this type of devices for many years (even taking Windows, Linux or Mac as an operating system). Its dimensions are 32.77 centimeters wide, 23.37 centimeters deep, 1.78 centimeters high and 1.41 kilograms in weight.
Finally, we have the Lenovo Chromebook C340-15, which is the most powerful of all computers that appear in this article. It is a 15.6-inch convertible laptop with a touch screen that supports a resolution of 1080p (1920 × 1080 pixels).
As a processor, you can select a Pentium Gold 4417U or an Intel Core i3-8130U, both 8th generation Intel Core “Kaby Lake Refresh”, which can be accompanied with 32, 64 or 128 gigabytes of eMMC 5.1 storage; 4GB of RAM DDR4-2133 soldiers; 56Wh battery with a 45-watt USB Type-C charger; numeric keypad and backlit keyboard.
At the level of connectivity, and next to the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi traditional, incorporates a USB 3.1 Type-A and two USB Type-C, which add as a means to transmit a 720p webcam and dual matrix microphones.
