At CES 2020, Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 notebook was introduced. A Chinese source claims that the laptop is equipped with Intel 11th Generation core i7-1165G7. The new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 comes in two different sizes – 14-inch, and 15.6-inch with IPS display options, and a new resolution varying up to full HD and 4K HDR.
Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 processor
The notebook is equipped with an i7-1165G7 processor, 4 cores and 8 threads, 12MB L3 cache, and 2.8-4.7GHz. The memory comes from Hynix, with a capacity of 16GB and a frequency of 4266MHz.
Lenovo notebook variants
The 14-inch Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 comes with AMD Ryzen 4000 series mobile processors, and its display offers full HD/4K HDR and comes equipped with graphics from the AMD Radeon graphics. Another variant comes with up to 10th gen Intel Core i7 processors, and it comes coupled with Nvidia GeForce MX graphics.
The 15-inch variant for the Lenovo Yoga Slim comes equipped with AMD Ryzen 4000 series mobile processors, and as is the case with the 14-inch variant, the 15-inch to comes with the AMD Radeon.
The other variant comes with up to 10th gen Intel Core i7 processor and graphics from Nvidia, the Nvidia GeForce GTX. Some of the features of both variants are the same as could be expected from the laptop.
Other features
In this case, both laptops come equipped with the Amazon Alexa integration feature. Both the laptops come with a new Smart Light that illuminates every time Alexa hears a command; this function is very similar to smart speakers. It can broadcast an announcement through the laptop by amplifying the command through to the various Amazon Echo home devices.
Furthermore, it also comes with an additional Smart Home feature that allows Alexa users to issue just one command to activate a group of IoTs at the same time.
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 might get launched sometime in October; pricing is yet to be announced.
