Xiaomi sells a wide range of smart home accessories in China and slowly it is widening its market. After launching through Xiaomi’s crowdfunding platform, the Mijia LED Bulb Bluetooth Mesh Edition has launched today with AI voice control.
The Bluetooth Mesh version is compatible with devices that support the Bluetooth Mesh gateway function. The Mi Mesh LED bulb has a pear-shaped profile, but with a less curvy design and sharper lines than most commonly available LED bulbs.
Unlike standard bulbs, the Xiaomi offering has a metallic base and is quite heavy. The matte finish lends a premium touch to it and helps with heat dissipation.
It comes with 4000K luminous flux, a 2700 to 6500K color temperature and a 5W rated power. The smart bulb is equipped with AI voice control connecting multiple light bulbs to the network at the same time. The Mi Mijia Bluetooth Bulb could be voice-controlled with a Xiaomi speaker that connects multiple light bulbs to the network at the same time.
Xiaomi Mijia LED Bluetooth bulb can also be added in groups to achieve real-time synchronization of the lighting status. The installation and setup process is quite simple and can be completed in five to ten minutes. The crowdfunding price of the bulb is 249 yuan per 10 with a retail price of 29.9 yuan per head.
