Today is an exciting moment in the Indian mobile market as the American mobile giant, Motorola unveiled two new smartphones in the market – the Moto Edge 30 Ultra and Moto Edge 30 Fusion. This comes a few days after the devices were deputed in the overseas markets and globally.
The new Moto Edge 30 Ultra is said to be the world’s first phone with a large 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor, which can produce top-of-the-line images without minding the distance. Now, let’s take a tour of some of the specifications of the devices.
Moto Edge 30 Ultra Specs
A 6.67-inch Full-HD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 1250 nits of brightness, DC Dimming, 1500 Hz rapid touch sampling rate, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and Corning Gorilla 5 protection is featured on the Moto Edge 30 Ultra.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage power the Ultra variant. It also with a pre-installed MyUX 4.0 skin running on Android 12. While a 125W cable fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging are all supported by the phone’s 4610 mAh battery.
The primary 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 sensor on the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will have an aperture of f/1.95, OIS, and LED flash. A 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 12MP telephoto 2x sensor support the main sensor. For selfies and video calls, the front camera has a 60MP sensor.
5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C connection for charging are among the connectivity capabilities. Additionally, a triple microphone array, dual speakers, Dolby Atmos, and an in-display fingerprint sensor are all included for security.
Moto Edge 30 Fusion Specs
A 6.55-inch Full-HD+ OLED display backs the Moto Edge 30 Fusion with a punch-hole cutout, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 360Hz touch sampling rate, DC dimming, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer.
Also, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC with graphics processing from an Adreno 660 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The software is handled by a bespoke skin called MyUX for Android 12 devices.
On the rear of the Moto Edge 30 Fusion are three cameras: a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with the macro setting, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS. For selfies and video calls, the front camera has a 32 MP sensor. A 4,400mAh battery with 68W fast charging comes within.
Pricing and Availability
The 8GB + 128GB version of the Moto Edge 30 Ultra is launched for a starting price of Rs 59,999, but it will be available for Rs 54,999 for a limited time as a part of the launch offer. The device comes in Interstellar Black and Starlight White colour options.
While the Moto Edge 30 Fusion proceeds at Rs 42,999 for the 8GB/128GB version but customers can buy at Rs 39,999 as a part of the launch offer. The phone is available in Cosmic Grey and Solar Gold colours.
