Earlier this year, Motorola announced the Moto G7 series, and now another revision of its budget-oriented phones has been launched. Motorola unveiled the Moto G8 Plus and the even cheaper E6 Play in Europe.
Talking about Moto G8 Plus, it has more cameras, more battery capacity, and a little less bezel. Compared to the G7 Plus, Motorola has also increased the size of the battery inside of the G8 Plus. It now comes with 4,000mAh, making it a 1,000mAh increase over its predecessor’s 3,000mAh. It includes 15W TurboPower fast charging. The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable with up to 512GB of external microSD card storage.
The Moto G8 Plus will be available in Cosmic Blue and Crystal Pink colors starting October 28 for €269/£232/INR 13,999. The phone will be accessible starting on October 28th in the UK.
The new Moto E6 Play is one of the most reasonably priced phones in the brand’s lineup starting at just €109 /£99. It touts a 5.5-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio with noticeable bezels on the top and bottom. The rear features Motorola’s new design. It includes a 13MP F/2.2 camera with an LED flash, there’s also the classic Moto dimple which houses the fingerprint reader. The selfie snapper is 5MP.
It includes 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable. In November, the Moto E6 Play is coming to European markets in Ocean Blue and Back colors.
