After the introduction of the famous Mob Psycho 100 Season 1 and 2 and the subsequent official announcement of the Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 by the Japanese manga series, fans have been patiently anticipating the comeback.
As we just discovered today, via the official Twitter page @Nibellion, a new trailer of the Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 was released and set for October this year for the official unveiling without a particular date yet.
Back in October 2021, Season 3 of Mob Psycho 100 was announced with a teaser trailer and visual, but there was no release date. The production is overseen by Studio BONES. Takahiro Hasui is in charge of direction, with Hiroshi Seko in charge of series composition, Yoshimichi Kameda in charge of character designs, and Kenji Kawai in charge of the music.
The series is described as contained in the newly released trailer reads: “Kageyama Shigeo, a.k.a. ‘Mob,’ is a boy who has trouble expressing himself, but who happens to be a powerful esper. The mob is determined to live a normal life and keeps his ESP suppressed, but when his emotions surge to a level of 100%, something terrible happens to him! As he’s surrounded by false espers, evil spirits, and mysterious organizations, what will Mob think? What choices will he make? The anime based on the original story by ONE, the idol of the webcomic world and creator of One-Punch Man, is coming your way with animation by leading animation studio Bones!”
For a long time, fans have known about the anime’s third season, but that is about all they know. Since season two ended in April 2019, Mob Psycho 100 has been tight-lipped about the release. Following its debut in 2016, Mob Psycho 100 found its stride in season two a few years ago, and Bones Studio was praised for its handling at the time.
Thus, the long pressure is now on to duplicate the feat, as the new Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 is around the corner come October this year, with the just-released new trailer easing fans’ anxiety. Stay connected with TechGenyz for more latest updates.
