Each of our smartphones always brings new high-end User Experience to our fans. Both Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 5.1 Plus provide users with more efficient performance and first-class imaging experience in a stylish package with excellent value for money – Ossi Korpela, Executive Vice President, Nordic Business at Nokia Telephone HMD Global.

Nokia 8.1 was announced internationally in early December in China; the same phone was launched in mid-October under the X7 model name. According to the company, the Nokia 8.1 is the successor of the internationally award-winning Nokia 7 Plus smartphone, which is well-known in the marketplace with improved performance and functionality. Smartphone design has also been upgraded to make it more elegant by utilizing the beautiful contrast created by the combination of curved glass and polished metal.

Nokia phone company Global HMD perceives the new 8.1 Nokia’s successor to the Nokia 7 Plus, but also for Nokia 8, and sales of both are slowly running out to make way for new models. The Nokia 7.1, which was launched in early November, is technically different from the new Nokia 8.1, with a slightly larger screen, higher-level cameras, a more efficient system circuit, and a higher-capacity battery.

Common to Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 8.1 is their display support for HDR playback, i.e., the colors of a wider dynamic range. With HDR support, HMD Global also markets Nokia 8.1 display as PureDisplay. HMD Global also today announced a decline in the Nokia 7.1 price from €379 to €329. Get this Nokia piece at a discounted price now.
