Two new Nokia smartphone models will be available for sale in Finland on 14 January. Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 5.1 Plus advance sales start today. Nokia 8.1 was announced internationally in early December in China; the same phone was launched in mid-October under the X7 model name. According to the company, the Nokia 8.1 is the successor of the internationally award-winning Nokia 7 Plus smartphone, which is well-known in the marketplace with improved performance and functionality. On the Nokia 8.1, the screen size is 6.18 inches, and the resolution is 2246 × 1080 pixels. It also features a wide notch at its top and has an 18.7: 9 Aspect Ratio. The notch is wide, although it features a 20-megapixel front camera and conventional sensors.
