Meanwhile, for months, Facebook has been running native ads for Oculus via its eponymous social network although there’s no explicit mention of the Oculus brand unless one clicks through to “learn more.”

For those fans who are wanting to partake in Facebook’s flavored face gaming, the Oculus Quest and Rift S are available to buy through oculus.com and retail partners including Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, Walmart, and GameStop in the US; Currys PC World, FNAC, MediaMarkt, in the EU and UK; and Amazon in Japan. Quest comes in a 64GB model for USD 399 and a 128GB model for $499 that runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
