Oppo is all set to launch a new K series smartphone in the Indian market on June 8, named Oppo K10 5G. The device is going to be an upgrade over the Oppo K10 4G. However, the smartphone is not as powerful as the Chinese variant.
The teaser shared for the Indian variant suggests that it will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. On the other hand, the Oppo K10 5G Chinese variant runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 Max processor. Speculations are that the smartphone will be priced somewhere under the
the price bracket of Rs 20,000.
This seems fair enough as other smartphones from brands like Realme, like the X7 5G, also ship at a similar price range. Oppo has confirmed that the smartphone will be available in two color options, including Blue and Black. No wonder the device could be just another rebranded smartphone from one of the brand’s siblings like OnePlus, Vivo, and Realme.
Rumors have it that the smartphone is going to be a rebranded version of the Oppo A77 5G smartphone that was recently launched in China. Oppo K10 5G expected specifications The Oppo K10 5G could come with a 6.65-inch HD+ display along with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone is confirmed to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor along with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It is also being said that the device will be offering 5GB Dynamic RAM for enhanced performance.
The smartphone will operate on the ColorOS 12.1 based on the Android 12 operating system. The smartphone will sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary snapper and a 2MP depth snapper. For the sake of selfies and video calls, the device rocks an 8MP front shooter.
The Oppo K10 5G will come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor doubled up with the power button. It will pack a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
