Realme India has confirmed that the company will launch Realme Buds Q2 on June 24 at 12:30 pm IST in India. The official designated page reveals the key specs of the upcoming earbuds. A few days ago, Realme India’s CEO Madhav Sheth posted a video on Twitter confirming the imminent launch of the Narzo 30 5G smartphone. This may mean that the Buds Q2 will get launched alongside the smartphone. Both the smartphone and the earbuds are available outside India. Realme TechLife on Twitter officially announced the launch event of the Realme Buds Q2 in India.
The tweet reveals some major information about the earbuds. For example, the tweet confirms that the upcoming earbuds will support Active Noise Cancellation ANC. Realme launched the earbuds in Pakistan a few weeks ago; however, the model launched in Pakistan lacks the ANC function, but it does come with Environmental Noise Cancellation or ENC, which is less effective than ANC.
The ANC in the earbuds can reduce noise up to 25dB, thereby offering an immersive surround sound. Moreover, the earbuds offer 10mm bass boost drivers, low-latency gaming mode (88ms), gesture control, and much more. It also comes equipped with a large LCP or Liquid Crystal Polymer diaphragm that provides powerful bass and a clearer stereo sense.
The earbuds come powered by a 480mAh battery that guarantees a massive 28 hours battery life, and 7 hours of single playback. With just 10 minutes of charge, the device will offer 3 hours of service. The R2 chip will give its audience an unprecedented experience. It is also expected to come with an IPX4 water resistance rating.
Realme will offer the Q2 earbuds in two colours: black and white. The price of the device is yet to be announced.
