Ahead of the launch of the Redmi Note 10 series of smartphones in China, the company has revealed that the Redmi AirDots 3 Pro will be launched alongside the new series of smartphones. In China, the tech giant launched the Redmi AirDots 3 back in February. On May 25th, the company took to its official Weibo account to announce the imminent launch.
As for the overall design of the Pro version of the noise-canceling earbuds, Redmi has retained the design of the original earbud of the Redmi AirDots 3 but has brought a slight change in design for the case. For many, the design reminds them of the Pixel Buds case.
As for the earbuds, they do not come sporting a stem design. So the only explanation left for the big case is that the case will probably house a bigger battery. Moreover, Redmi has confirmed that the AirDots 3 Pro will be equipped with an Active Noise cancellation feature. It will support ANC up to 35dB. The Weibo announcement is limited to revealing these features only. Xiaomi has not revealed any other information regarding the upcoming AirDots 3 Pro.
The company has mentioned that the earbuds will feature Ultra-low latency mode, which could qualify the earbuds as being the lowest latency noise reduction headset in the industry. Different modes for noise reduction are offered by the AirDots 3 Pro, including Office, Daily, Air Tours, etc., along with support for the Transparent mode, which will not completely isolate the hearing experience from the outside environment.
The Redmi AirDots 3 Pro was announced just days after Xiaomi had launched the FlipBuds Pro TWS earphones that support 40dB Active Noise Cancellation. More information about these new noise-canceling earbuds will be known on the day of the launch, which is May 26th.
The Redmi AirDots 3 Pro is available in three color options: White, Black, and Pink. The price is yet to be announced.
