One of the prominent firms in display making, Samsung Display, the display segment correlated to Samsung Electronics, has now secured a deal with Ferrari’s Next-generation automobiles to produce organic light-emitting panels.
Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna and Samsung Display CEO Choi Joo-sun mutually accede for the display maker to make the OLED panels for Ferrari’s opulent digital transformation. As per the mutual agreement, the companies will team up to supply the upgraded display solution to be carried through on Luxurious Ferrari’s next-generation cars.
Samsung Display has been expanding its business all over the tech and automobile industries. The Korean display makers supply OLED Panels Hyundai’s Ioniq and Audi e-tron, and the company has been focusing keenly on taking over the automobile display market. Over the years, the company has made a massive transition in the mobile industry by transforming LCD to OLED.
During the CES 2023 event, the company revealed a new Digital Cockpit, a twisted Cockpit that amalgamated a 34-inch display with a 15.6-inch collection; the company claimed that the show would offer the best viewing experience to drivers and assist them in staying focused on the drive.
The lightweight and slim structure of OLED panels provides more space for contemporary designs. The Korean display maker Samsung Display pointed out how OLEDs’ low power consumption offers more significant benefits since every watt backed enhances the car’s efficiency and sustainability.
