Samsung has unveiled its Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, a phone that it claims will “forever change how you work and play”. This pro-grade 8K camera and editing suite phone merge the functionality of a pen and phone to bring a new experience to its users.

The sleek design comes in a metal body in two colors i.e. mystic bronze and mystic black. It weighs 208 g and its dimensions are 164.8 x 77.2 x 8.1 mm (6.49 x 3.04 x 0.32 in). The display is 17.45 cm edge Infinity-O and is a dynamic AMOLED 2x capacitive touchscreen with 1440 x 3088 pixels.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 5G technology and runs on Android 10 one UI 2.5. The phone is available in three variants in terms of storage and RAM. They are 128 GB and 12 GB RAM, 256 GB and 12 GB RAM, and finally 512 GB and 12 GB RAM.

The S Pen of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 5G, which is particularly interesting. Due to the 120-Hz display, the pen writes naturally and has a Bluetooth feature that makes it an effective wireless controller of the phone. It has a 3x faster latency and responds like a real pen- with a brain. Note 20 Ultra’s AI uses millions of sentences as an example to keep your notes on the track.

The Audio Bookmark feature with timestamp notation enables simultaneous recording and jotting down notes. The audio is synced with the notes and you can replay and pick up anything you miss. The auto mode will straighten out any wobbly writing.

The S Pen connects with Samsung note and MS integration to convert notes to PowerPoint presentations as well. Notes can be opened on laptops and tablets by syncing with Outlook and One Note. This will bring a lot more flexibility to your projects as all your devices will be on the same page.

Furthermore, it can be linked to windows which will enable you to drop files to your desktop, use multiple apps at once, and toggle across devices. With Samsung Dex Wireless connect, the phone can link to your television too. The super fast charging promises hours of screen time with just minutes of charging ensuring a powerhouse performance from the phone.

Samsung has also based its USP ( or Unique Selling Proposition) on its gaming abilities. It brings both a mobile gaming experience and the Xbox gaming experience to its users.

The Xbox game pass ultimate makes available 100+ Xbox games without downloading. Its 4500 mAH battery, fast charging (25-W power-up), and Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi optimizer help it provide more efficient real-time gaming than any other Samsung phone. With these features, you can play games anywhere, anytime.

The phone has three cameras at the back with a Laser AF (Auto-Focus) sensor. They are a 12 MP Ultra-wide camera, a 108 MP Wide-angle camera, and a 12 MP Telephoto camera.

There is one front camera of 10 MP as well. It is the only phone with prograde video with a high resolution of 8K, providing high-quality videos. The camera allows for director-level control with the user being able to control ISO, shutter speed, manual focus, and other options in the Pro Video mode.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 5G has other features, such as 24fps and the availability of different aspect ratios to enhance the cinematic feel. Complete control and design of sound and audio through mike control is an additional feature of the phone.

There are various formats like the front, Omni, and Bluetooth for extra clarity to elevate the sound experience. Files and projects can be transferred from one Note 20 Ultra to another by simply pointing the phones at each other.

Apart from these features, the phone has the usual features of a 3.5 mm headphone jack, fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth, and radio. Looks like Samsung is giving out its best in this Galaxy series.

The phone is currently available for pre-orders at Rs.1,04,999.00 with some offers available on the Samsung website. So “The Power phone that empowers your work and play” will be soon within your threshold. So let’s wait for what this combo of a phone and a pen ‘with a brain’ bring to its users.
