South Korea-headquartered company Samsung Electronics makes everything from televisions to home electronic appliances today. It released its first Android smartphone in 2009 and can be credited with launching the first Android tablet in 2010. Now it has been exclusively leaked that Samsung has been working on a new tablet that bears the model number SM-P200.
While the real-life images of the upcoming tablet leaked, the NCC certification also reveals that Samsung SM-P200/SM-P205 is Wi-Fi approved with dual-band 2.4 GHz+ 5 GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Android 9.0 Pie.
The images leaked do not indicate any further details on the upcoming tablet’s design, but it is still clear that the model number SM-P200 will not be a look-alike of the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 that was released last week. The tablet was launched in February 2019 with a 10.10-inch touch screen display and a resolution of 1200 pixels by 1920 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (2019) (LTE) is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7904 processor and comes with 2GB of RAM. The tablet packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 400GB via a microSD card. Talking about the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 2019 LTE touts a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies and an 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear.
The recently leaked Samsung SM-P200 is rumored to be available in black and gray with 32GB of memory. It is to be powered by an octa-core Exynos 7904 processor, which is the same as Galaxy Tab 10.1. The official Samsung support page indicates that the tablet is likely to be launched within a couple of months.
