According to a report from 9To5Google, the updated version of the Galaxy Wearable app rolls out the details of the name and release date of the much anticipated Samsung smart ring. The smart ring can be called the Galaxy Ring, and it will be launched somewhere in the next year (2024).
Astonishingly, a South Korean forum tipped the design offers a glimpse of what the Galaxy Ring might sound like. There is a reason behind the name Samsung is using to address its smart ring name, and it is to indicate the smart ring lies within the Galaxy Wearable app, which is the same name that the company advertised in March 2023.
The report also mentions that Samsung would mount a dedicated app on the user’s device as a plug-in with the Galaxy Wearable app. This app will show off with more features and extra controls for the Galaxy Ring.
