A few weeks ago, Tencent announced that the company was about to join Ubitus K.K. Of late, the gaming company has been trying to ramp up its cloud gaming services, allowing its customers to enjoy really high-end games without having to own or purchase expensive hardware, such as consoles.
Cloud gaming services make it easier for consumers to immerse themselves completely in online gaming over the internet by using TVs, smartphones, and other screens. Moreover, the gaming platform had also announced that it was helping OOParts, a Japanese cloud gaming platform.
At the 2021 Tencent Game Annual Conference, which concluded recently, Tencent Xianyou announced that somewhat contrary to its initiative to boost cloud gaming services, it will soon launch a new customized super controller. Apparently, this controller will help players to achieve cross-terminal smooth play.
However, this would be a part of the cloud gaming services. The company has made it clear that the cloud game handle will come equipped with functions such as vibration feedback, touchpad, voice input, 2.4G Bluetooth dual-link, and low latency. All of this is packed into a single super controller.
This will be a step forward for the gaming company as this is an entirely new initiative for the company. On the other hand, the company has ensured, the handle could be versatile and that it will adopt a separate design of the handle body and the operational panel.
The different operation panels will be essential for online gaming as they can adapt to various game keys. What this indicates is that the external controller can also enjoy the original gaming control experience.
Tencent Xianyou has officially announced that the cloud gamepad can deliver up to 30-day standby time, and up to 10 hours of continuous use.
