As expected, the new Range Rover Sport is officially rolling out tomorrow, May 10th, 2022 by 7:00 PM BST in the United Kingdom.

In preparation for the launch conference, the British auto brand just released a short video via its official Twitter page denoting the new Range Rover Sport.

According to the automobile, the new Range Rover Sport is the most dynamic member of the Range Rover family and has been redefined, effortlessly blending unmistakable presence, unrivalled on-road capability, and with the latest advanced digital and chassis technologies.

Pictured from the earlier video released by the British automobile giant shows that the new vehicle has a more expressive front fascia, flush-mounted door handles, and a curvaceous rear end.

As per reports, the new vehicle will serve as an alternative to the Mercedes GLE and BMW X5 will be offered with hybrid engines, as well as possibly an all-electric version, with a high-performance SVR version of the new V8 engine.

The next-generation Range Rover Sport features a sleek new headlights design, with large air intakes on the lower bumper as against the last year’s aggressive front-end design with a slim grille and a tall bonnet line.

In terms of the engine options, the new sport is expected to come with an assortment of options including a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder that produces 395 hp (295 kW / 400 PS) and 406 lb-ft (550 Nm) of torque. In addition, it should support a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 developing 523 hp (390 kW / 530 PS) and 553 lb-ft (749 Nm) of torque.

The interior of the new sport has received a huge update compared with the current car. The car will come with the modern 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system found and features Amazon’s Alexa built-in, so owners can control select smart home equipment from their car, in addition to supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

According to reports, the British automobile giant plans to have it’s first all-electric Land Rover ready by 2024, and the electric vehicle is likely to be designed in collaboration with BMW.
