As scheduled the Xiaomi Pad 6 finally entered the Indian market alongside three tablet accessories. Last week, the Chinese mobile brand confirmed that it will be launching its flagship tablet – the Xiaomi Pad 6 series in India today in a launch teaser with the caption “Do it better.”
Xiaomi officially announced the Pad 6 series along with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in its home country – China in April this year. The Pad succeeded last year’s Xiaomi Pad 5 series and offers incredible performance with fascinating features. Now, let’s look at the Xiaomi Pad 6 series as well as the three tablet accessories.

Xiaomi Pad 6
Unlike the Chinese model which comes in two series, the original Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro, the India version featured a single mode – the Xiaomi Pad 6 only. The tablet exhibits an 11-inch display with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and 309 PPI. The 10-bit panel supports up to a 144Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a 550 nits peak brightness level.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Pad 6 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It boosts MIUI 14 for Pad based on Android 13. Whereas it comes with WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-C) for connectivity.
Coming to the camera secession, there is a 13MP camera on the rear and an 8MP front-facing camera. Amazingly, the front camera offers a feature called FocusFrame which is enhanced by a 4-mic array for video calls. A large 8,840mAh battery pack powers the device, which supports 33W wired fast charging.

Alongside the Pad 6, Xiaomi announced three accessories namely Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd Generation, Pad 6 Keyboard, and Pad 6 Case.
Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd Generation
The Xiaomi Smart Pen is a 2nd generation pen that has 40% less latency and promises to offer 150 hours of battery life on a single charge. According to the brand, one minute of charging can provide up to seven hours of battery life for the Stylus, which also has rapid charging capabilities and support.
Xiaomi Pad 6 Keyboard
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Pad 6 also has a smart touch keyboard that has a wider touch surface and 64 keys. The keyboard has an IPX4 grade, making it water-resistant.
Xiaomi Pad 6 Case
And finally, Xiaomi introduced a cover case for the Pad 6 Case. This case aims at protecting the tablet from unwanted damage.
Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi Pad 6 comes in two colors in India, namely Graphite Grey and Mist Blue. Coming to the pricing, since the tablet comes in two different storage capacities, their prices differ. The 6GB + 128GB goes official for ₹26,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at ₹28,999.
