Cleveland Cyclewerks’ unveiled its first electric motorcycle, the Falcon. The Cleveland Falcon is available as two different models: The pared-back Falcon 01 and the full-power Falcon BLK.
Both bikes feature a wishbone frame, mid-mounted motor, CARD dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes, inverted front fork, and a rear Coilover hydraulic shock. Both of the electric motorbikes come with 17-inch cast-aluminum wheels. The Falcon BLK features aero wheel disks.
The Falcon 01 comes in three modes, the E-bike mode with limits of 20 mph (32 km/h) top speed and 750W (1hp), an E-moped mode with a top speed of 27 mph (43 km/h), and an unrestricted mode with a 65 mph top speed.
The Falcon BLK, on the other hand, goes up to 12kW (16 hp) in unrestricted mode and has a top speed of 85+ mph (137+ km/h).
The Falcon 01 comes with a single swappable 14s 52V battery rated for 2.3kWh, and the Falcon BLK comes with two swappable packs.
Cleveland Cyclewerks claims that the batteries can be charged to 80% in just 45 minutes or to 100% in 90 minutes.
The Falcon BLK includes “Lumilor Electroluminescent Visibility” elements on the side of the battery enclosure. Furthermore, it comes with the additional “Angry Pix” mode that gives a 20-second power burst.
The electric bikes are smart bikes in the sense that the users can use their phone as the display to get basic info of the motorbikes. Furthermore, other modes for the “FALCONtroller” include an Eco Mode for regenerative braking, a Standard Mode for better range at higher performance, and a Performance Mode that aims at maximizing continuous current output.
The Falcon BLK falls on the premium side, and its pricing starts at a whopping $14,995 MSRP. The Falcon 01, on the other hand, will be priced at $7,999.
