Dell XPS 13 – a new variant is announced using Intel’s first 10nm Ice Lake processor. For months, chipmaker Intel has been hyping the launch of its 10th-generation, 10-nanometer silicon processor, codenamed Ice Lake and recently the new Intel chip has been launched which is capable of changing modes.

At the time of its announcement, Dell wasn’t exactly clear on when it’s updated XPS 13 2-in-1 would be ready, but it’s finally here with all new models touting 10th-generation Intel Core processors, the first in the market with a Dolby Vision-capable 13.4-inch touchscreen.

The new Dell XPS 13 is finally here with an optional thermal design power (TDP) 15W quad-core version in addition to a maximum Core i7 processor, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of solid-state storage. The new variant is equipped with the new MagLev keyboard, which uses a magnet to give a more comfortable feel on a light keyboard while there’s more metal in the chassis than in any previous XPS laptop.

Another significant change in the new variant is that the webcam is moved to the top of the screen with reduced size of the camera without affecting the thickness of the top frame. As per sources Dell XPS 13 will go on sale in the US starting on August 8th at $1,000.
