Henry Ford’s American Multinational Motor Company was already suspected, by the trademark filing in the first half of this year, to be making a motor vehicle named ‘F-150 Flash’. Now that it’s officially confirmed by the company, it is also stated that the coming automobile, featuring a tech-focused interior, will also incorporate long-range capabilities at the correct value.

Ford’s new electric truck would be ready for its debut in 2024 and, thereby, would join Ford’s portfolio shortly. Moreover, Ford has manufactured this masterpiece keeping their customers’ demands and requirements in mind. Having spent a span of more than 100 years in the domain of manufacturing and developing automobiles, Ford has definitely mastered a couple of things amongst which prioritizing to fulfill their customers’ requirements tops the list.

Features of the Ford F-150 Flash

The F-150 Flash has been designed in such a way by Ford that the truck comprises a 15.5-inch touchscreen, a Band & Olufsen sound system, Intelligent Access, and a wireless charging pad. Adding to this, the vehicle’s available BlueCruise 1.2 hands-free driving includes lane change assist and in-lane parking with Pro Trailer Backup Assist, a power tailgate, a tailgate step with a work surface, and a heat pump to optimize energy use.

The new electric truck will start at $69,995, making it eligible for the EV tax credit the IRA provides. Ford announced earlier that the F-150 Lightning is suitable for the full $7,500 tax credit, while the Mustang Mach-E is eligible for $3,750.

Ford’s F-150 Flash 2024 would come in five models: 1. Pro at the cost of $49,995; 2. XLT at the cost of $57,495; 3. F-150 Flash at the cost of $69,995; 4. Lariat at the cost of $77,495; and 5. Platinum at the cost of $89,995.

Except for the platinum, all the F-150 lightning variants qualify for the EV tax credit. Whereas, Platinum exceeds the IRA’s $80,000 threshold.

Ford has finally announced the launch of their electric vehicle, F-150 Flash by the coming year 2024. What do you think? How would the EV perform in the automobile industry? Will it be a success toss for the automakers or will it go otherwise? Let us know your thoughts on the same and share your feedback.
