HTC recently launched a new smartphone under its Wildfire series, called the HTC Wildfire E3. The smartphone is available for purchase only in Russia, and there is no news regarding if and when the new HTC smartphone will be available globally.
The HTC Wildfire E3 features a 6.51-inch of HD+ display that offers a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels; the display comes with an IPS panel. Under the hood, the smartphone runs on MediaTek’s Helio P22 processor.
Additionally, the smartphone comes with 64GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. However, the internal storage could be expanded using a microSD card.
Moreover, the smartphone runs on a 4,000mAh battery that comes with a 10W charger. The smartphone measures 165.7 x 76.57 x 8mm and weighs only about 186 grams.
Following the trend in the contemporary smartphone of featuring a quad-camera, the new offering from HTC, too, comes with a quad-camera set up on its back.
The camera setup consists of a 13MP primary sensor. It has an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor along with it. On the back of the smartphone, besides the camera setup, there is a LED flash. As for the selfie camera, the smartphone sports a 13MP camera.
Other additional features of the HTC Wildfire E3 include Bluetooth 4.2, a rear fingerprint reader for security, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It should be noted that the smartphone offers dual-SIM support. The smartphone is available in two color options: black and blue.
As mentioned is quite budget-friendly. The price of a smartphone starts around Eur 150, which is approximately INR. 13,000.
The smartphone is only available as of now in Russia. There is no news on when the phone will be rolled out in other markets as well.
