The Lenovo Yoga 900 series entered its fifth generation with the Lenovo Yoga C940-14IIL. But it seems that the new laptop C940 14 has got some WiFi issues as users take on the forum to lament on WiFi.
The company’s most premium consumer-focused 2-in-1 ultraportable laptop packs all of its cutting-edge features into a slim and light package. The base configuration of the Yoga C940 includes an Intel Core i5 CPU with 802.11ax wireless (Wi-Fi 6) and a 60-watt-hour battery.
Though packed with a strong WiFi adapter, we have come across users who have been facing issues as “wifi keeps randomly dropping.” As users take on the Lenovo forum to shout-out their issue saying – “Latest drivers installed from intel but still having dropped. Less frequent but still dropping. When it does I am unable to reconnect to 5G until I reset my adapter.”
Lenovo, the Yoga C940 is one of the first laptops with the new 10 nm CPUs that we can test. Another laptop with the new CPUs that we have already tested is the Dell XPS 13 7390 2-in-1. The Yoga C940 shares the same Core i7-1065G7 processor as the versions of the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 and HP Spectre x360 13.
Lenovo Yoga C940 is no doubt a fluent laptop for users and we hope that the company comes to a solution regarding the issues faced by the users ASAP.
