One of the world’s biggest smartphone-making companies Samsung recently released an updated version of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 without fussing over it, silently. It came as a shock to everyone as half the people did not know about this. It was released in the Indian section of its website. It comes with a miniature button which is exactly like the capacitive buttons.
The clock speed of the CPU of the smartphone is unchanged. It may mean that Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2’s chipset remains the same Exynos 7870, which was seen in the original J7 Prime. It comes with a storage capacity of 3 GB+32 GB, and its memory capacity can be expanded up to 256 GB. It will run on Android Nougat out of the box. The CPU is octa-core on Exynos 7 chipset.
However, the major change can be seen in the selfie camera, which is a revamped 13 MP, although the primary camera remains 13 MP with f/1.9. However, it offers a visual search through Samsung Mall. Live AR stickers and filters with instant share and editing will be available for the front camera. This is a huge plus for all the social media butterflies out here.
This new updated version remains the same size-wise. It still sits at 151.7x75x8 mm, but the weight has changed slightly. It now weighs 170 g. The battery has a power capacity of 3300 mAh and will be charged via a micro USB port. Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 will be marketed mainly in India, and it is here that the Samsung pay will be made available. It is priced at INR. 13,990 and is available in Black only.
