The USA-based world’s largest gaming hardware and software systems company has announced its next gaming controller for Microsoft’s new gaming consoles naming it Razer Wolverine V2.
Despite its low price, it is made as an elite controller by Microsoft and is supposed to be compatible with Xbox One and Windows PCs. Headed under their motto of ‘ ABSOLUTE PRECISION. ULTIMATE CONTROL’ this wired controller comes with great precision and has better control over the game with its smoother functionality.
Appearing in its ‘L’ shaped resemblance, the controller’s ergonomic comes with a better handgrip that has never appeared in its earlier versions. Moreover, the swift, curved design and the on-slip rubber grips ensure better functionality throughout the day without tiring the fingers.
It is further mounted by Razer Mecha-Tactile Action Buttons and Razer Mecha-Tactile D-Pad that assures us of hyper-responsive actuation and quick feedback within a fraction of seconds. Its official website comments on it further as:
“Equipped with a 3-million tap life cycle for greater durability and a reduced actuation distance of 0.65mm—35% less than that of the average membrane controller—each button is finely tuned for greater accuracy to showcase your true gaming potential.”
But that is not all to it, for it is aided by additional buttons for extra control right at the front of the controller, to be remapped via Razer Controller Setup for Xbox with a promise of providing personal play style.
Other features of it include:
- HAIR TRIGGER MODE: It helps activate the hair-trigger mode with the help of two sidelocks that come at the controller’s rear side that helps to enable an ultra-fast rate of functionality.
- EASY AUDIO ACCESS: It comes with an easy plugging system with the 3.5 mm audio device connecting straight to the controller.
- ADVANCED APP CONFIGURATION: Compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Windows® 10 and above), this Xbox app helps remap multi-function buttons as well as adjusting sensitivity clutch for a better in-game experience.
Currently, this Razer Wolverine V2, which is available at $99.99 (~Rs. 7,400) in the US, is available only in the shades of black about certain specific zones only and can be availed from the official Razer’s website.
